LMKatz Dispute Solutions Limited trading as Laurence Katz Mediation has the procedure below for any complaints relating to its mediation services.
Any complaint relating to our mediation services should be made in writing to Laurence Katz by email to Laurence@LaurenceKatzMediation.com.
We will acknowledge receipt of any written complaint within 5 working days of the date of receipt.
We will investigate and respond to any written complaint within 21 working days of the date of receipt unless further time is required. If further time is required, we will write to inform the complainant of this.
If our response is not accepted, the complainant can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) on certain grounds. Details of the CMC’s appeal processes can be found here: civilmediation.org/for-thepublic/complaints.
We keep a written record of any complaint received.
